Elangovan Rajasekar

Mr. Elangovan Rajasekar is the Director of Mentor Infocomm India Pvt. Ltd., a Chennai-based technology solutions and systems integration company established in 2012. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has been instrumental in positioning Mentor Infocomm as a trusted partner for large-scale government, educational, BFSI, healthcare, and IT/ITES projects.

Under his stewardship, the company has successfully delivered transformative solutions in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, audio- visual systems, intelligent surveillance, and AI-powered call centers. Mentor Infocomm’s projects include initiatives of statewide impact, such as digital courtrooms, command & control centers, university learning environments, and integrated monitoring systems for public institutions.

Mr. Elangovan’s leadership philosophy is built on three pillars — Integrity in every action, satisfaction in every delivery, and excellence in every solution.
